Turkey is moving fast to capture the benefits of an enterprise culture and to stimulate the dynamic small and medium enterprise sector though starting from a low base due to past instabilities in the macroeconomic and political environment. This report, published by the OECD and the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), attempts to outline a practical framework for the development and financing of dynamic small and medium enterprises (dSMEs) as an important subset of the SME sector of Turkey’s economy.
