SIGMA started supporting ENPI beneficiary countries in June 2008. In agreement with the European Commission, priority has been given to the launch of activities in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Moldova, Morocco, Tunisia and Ukraine.
