SIGMA and the Government of Croatia are organising a conference to discuss reform needs in the concessions and public private partnerships sectors in the context of the Stabilisation and Association Process and EU harmonisation. The event will take place in Zagreb on 03-04 December 2009.

On 14 October, the European Commission adopted its annual strategy document for EU enlargement and published its annual Progress Reports for all eight candidate or potential candidate countries. SIGMA contributes to these reports through its assessments of progress in the implementation of public administration reforms.
