The Global Relations Secretariat (GRS) assists OECD senior management in the strategic planning and prioritisation of the Organisation’s Global Relations (i.e. its work with non-Members and with other international organisations), ensuring the work programme is coherent and is implemented in accordance with the Secretary-General’s strategic objectives.

GRS promotes non-Members’ participation in OECD Committees and adherence to OECD standards and instruments and acts as their general contact point in the Organisation. GRS also serves the External Relations Committee, which oversees the OECD’s overall Global Relations.
