Traditionally, the Norwegian compulsory education system has focused strongly on the linked goals of equal opportunities to learn, comprehensive and inclusive education.
This paper presents the role of entrepreneurship policies in supporting innovation in four OECD countries. It consists of a synthesis report based on the findings of country case studies on Korea, Mexico, Norway and Turkey. The case studies are appended to the synthesis report.
Norway committed USD 3.7 billion to development assistance in 2007, a substantial increase over the previous year. It now gives the world’s highest level of official development assistance as a percentage of gross national income (0.95%).
