OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría will present a Review of Innovation Policy in France at a news conference on Friday alongside the Minister of Economy, Industrial Renewal and Digital Technology Arnaud Montebourg, the Minister of National Education, Tertiary Education and Research Benoit Hamon and Secretary of State for Tertiary Education and Research Geneviève Fioraso.
The OECD Review examines how and why France has lost ground in research and innovation in recent years and recommends ways to boost industry investment in R&D and ensure a better allocation of funds to the most promising projects.
