7/6/2016 - The latest OECD Economic Survey of the European Union and OECD Economic Survey of the Euro Area will be published on Friday 10 June. The Surveys discuss the challenges facing policymakers as they seek to foster economic recovery and ensure growth is both sustainable and inclusive. The Surveys assess policies for making fiscal policy and investment more supportive to growth, boosting bank credit by resolving non-performing loans and deepening the single European Market, notably through improved labour market mobility.
OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría will present the Surveys on Friday 10 June in Paris during a press conference starting at 11:00 local time (9:00 GMT) at the OECD Conference Centre. For journalists unable to attend, the event will be webcast at: http://video.oecd.org/2835/en/Euro-Zone-Press-conference-with-the-Secretary-General.html.
The Survey will be available to registered journalists on the OECD's password-protected website at 9:00 GMT for immediate release. Create your MyOECD account here.
