29/6/2015 - The OECD will launch a joint report with the European Commission assessing how well immigrants are integrating in OECD countries on Thursday 2 July.
OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría and European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and CitizenshipDimitri Avramopoulos will present the report on Thursday 2 July at a press conference at 11:00 a.m. CEST in the European Commission’s Berlaymont building, VIP corner, 200 Rue de la Loi, Brussels.
The report, Indicators of Immigrant Integration – Settling In 2015, is the first broad international comparison across all EU and OECD countries of the outcomes for immigrants and their children. It covers 27 key indicators in areas from employment and education to income, health and social cohesion.
European Commission accredited journalists do not need to register for the press conference.
