04/11/2018 - The OECD will launch a joint report with the European Commission assessing how well immigrants are integrating in all European Union and OECD countries, as well as some G20 countries, on Sunday 9 December.
Settling In 2018: Indicators of Immigrant Integration includes 74 indicators covering key dimensions of integration, including employment, education, housing, health, civic engagement and social inclusion.
OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría and European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship Dimitri Avramopoulos will launch the report on Sunday 9 December at 17.30 CET on the eve of the Intergovernmental Conference to Adopt the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration in room Atlas 1 of the Palmeraie Golf Palace in Marrakesh.
The report will be available to journalists in English on the OECD's password-protected website at 17:30 CET/Paris time for immediate release.
