09/11/2010 - OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría will meet with OECD ministers in Venice on Monday 15 November to discuss the challenges of delivering effective public services at a time of tightened budgets.

Journalists are invited to attend a news conference at 1.00 p.m that day with the Secretary-General; Renato Brunetta, Minister of Public Administration and Innovation, Italy; Stockwell Day, President of the Treasury Board, Canada; Irma Pavlinič Krebs, Minister of Public Administration, Slovenia; and Terry Moran, Secretary, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Australia.

The opening session from 09.30 to 10.30, as well as the closing session from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., are also open to media.
