Ce manuel aide les gouvernements nationaux et les autorités compétentes à mettre en œuvre le système de contrôle de l’OCDE des mouvements transfrontières de déchets destinés à des opérations de valorisation prévu par l’acte du Conseil de l'OCDE C(2001)107/FINAL. Il aide également les entreprises privées à importer et exporter les déchets recyclables d’une manière économiquement efficace et dans le respect de l'environnement.

Household Behaviour and the Environment: Reviewing the Evidence (Disponible en Anglais seulement)

Sur la base d'une revue d’études empiriques, cette publication analyse les facteurs qui déterminent le comportement environnemental dans cinq domaines clés dans lesquels les ménages exercent des pressions sur l'environnement: l'utilisation de l'énergie, les transports, la production de déchets, la consommation de nourriture et d'eau.  L'étude élargit le champ d'application des analyses précédentes en examinant l'effet de divers types d'instruments de politique de l’environnement et en tenant compte des différences de comportement entre les ménages (âge, revenus, education).
