Ce rapport examine les données sur l’aide des membres du CAD qui vise l’objectif de l’égalité homme-femme sur les dernières années. II est basé sur les engagements d’aide publique au développement (APD) déclarés dans la base de données sur les Activités d'aide du Système de notification des pays créanciers (SNPC) ; il utilise le marqueur de la politique de l’aide défini pour identifier les activités qui visent l’objectif de l’égalité homme-femme.

Les entreprises multinationales qui investissent dans des pays où la puissance publique est inefficace ou incapable d’exercer ses missions doivent prendre en compte un large éventail de risques et de dilemmes éthiques auxquels elles ne sont généralement pas confrontées ailleurs. Pour les aider, l’OCDE vient d’élaborer un nouvel Outil de sensibilisation au risque destiné aux entreprises multinationales opérant dans les zones à déficit de gouvernance.
