Tractors: Expanding safety standards worldwide – experts meet 23-24 February 2012

The Annual Meeting of the OECD Tractor Codes will look at ensuring technical aspects of the tests are adapted to the latest machinery and conditions; promote effective implementation of the standards and develop communication and cooperation with all interested bodies.

Les experts, constructeurs et responsables publics réunis cette semaine à Paris ont réaffirmé leur attachement au maintien des normes de sécurité applicables aux machines agricoles, lequel passe par le développement et l’actualisation des essais et Codes de l’OCDE. La Chine, l’Inde et la Russie font partie des 26 pays qui adhèrent aux Codes de l’OCDE sur les essais de tracteurs.

Ces dernières années ont connu une forte hausse des prix de nombreuses matières premières. Ce rapport examine la question de savoir si la volatilité des prix des matières premières a sensiblement évolué avec la rapide montée des prix mondiaux en 2006-09, suivie par une baisse tout aussi marquée des prix de nombreuses matières premières.

This document dealing with biological pesticides is intended to provide guidance to both industry and regulatory authorities, in the context of applications for the approval of microbial biological control agents (mBCAs), and for the registration of microbial biological control products (mBCPs). This document has been developed in the framework of the OECD BioPesticides Steering Group, a sub-group of the OECD Working Group on Pesticides, that helps member countries harmonise the methods and approaches used to assess biological pesticides and to improve the efficiency of control procedures.
