The aim was to present the Strategic Regional Agenda for the Local Territorial Development (ARSTEL for its Italian acronym), which is an innovative tool for integrated development, recently approved by the Marche Region. The LEED Programme received a group of Latin American Leaders in the OECD Headquarters in Paris. This group came as part of the first European Cities Study Tour sponsored by the World Bank Institute. Some LEED Partners as well as French and European authorities took part in the discussions.

Cet évènement a examiné la façon dont l’entreprenariat social, le financement des PME, la formation et le tutorat des PME promeuvent l'entreprenariat dans les zones urbaines défavorisées. Des expériences relevantes des villes de l'OCDE ont été présentées, dont Amsterdam, Londres, Rome, Toronto, Boston et Sao Paolo.
