Dans le sillage du G-20 réuni à Londres le 2 avril 2009, ce nouveau document de travail explore les perspectives de financement du développement et de la gouvernance mondiale pour les pays à faible revenu. Ces pays ne sont pas responsables de la crise, mais en subissent désormais les conséquences. Pour éviter de transformer la crise du crédit en une crise de crédibilité, la gouvernance mondiale et la réforme réglementaire devront tenir pleinement compte de leurs voix et leurs intérêts.

Registration is now open for the annual Africa forum co-organized by the OECD Development Centre, the African Development Bank and the UN Economic Commission. The largest public debate on Africa held in France, the meeting will take place at the French Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Employment in Paris. This year, government officials and private sector representatives will examine the continent’s economic performance and its relationship to information and communication technologies (ICTs).
