L’arrivée de capitaux dans les économies émergentes en quête de retours sur investissement importants peut porter atteinte aux monnaies locales et aux marchés si des fluctuations soudaines se produisent à nouveau. Le Code de l’OCDE sur les mouvements de capitaux constitue un cadre équilibré pour aider les pays à gérer les flux de capitaux.
