L’OCDE aide le Mexique à combattre les soumissions concertées dans les marchés publics

Les soumissions concertées font perdre des milliards de dollars à l’État et aux contribuables chaque année. En 2011, pour la première fois, l’OCDE aidera directement un pays membre, le Mexique, dans sa mise en oeuvre de procédures de renforcement des marchés publics.

L’Italie doit prolonger le délai de prescription pour les affaires de corruption transnationale afin de ménager aux autorités plus de temps pour poursuivre et sanctionner les personnes physiques et morales se livrant à cette infraction. Selon un nouveau rapport publié par l’OCDE, la durée du délai de prescription en vigueur explique principalement pourquoi les importantes mesures répressives en place n’ont donné lieu qu’à des résultats limités.

Le Groupe de travail de l’OCDE sur la corruption félicite la Suisse pour sa première condamnation d’une entreprise pour corruption transnationale et lui recommande de poursuivre ses efforts répressifs. Elle regrette cependant qu’une seule autre condamnation pour corruption transnationale, celle d’un individu, ait été prononcée depuis l’introduction de l’infraction en droit suisse en 2000.

This new document, developed by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE), provides national authorities and other interested bodies with a core questionnaire that can be used to survey levels of financial literacy and detailed guidance on how to implement such a survey. A set of supplementary questions is also available. These are tried-and-tested questions across a range of relevant topics that can be used in addition to the core questionnaire to provide more detail at the national level.
