Le commerce des déchets valorisables : un manuel d’application pour les pays de l’OCDE

Les importations et exportations de déchets destinées à la valorisation entre pays membres de l’OCDE font l’objet d’un système de contrôle développé par l’OCDE. Celui-ci permet de commercialiser des déchets valorisables sans faire courir de risque à l’environnement tout en garantissant une efficience économique. Le manuel d’application pour le contrôle des mouvements transfrontières de déchets valorisables explique en détail le fonctionnement du système de contrôle de l’OCDE et peut aider les sociétés privées exportant et important des déchets, comme les gouvernements nationaux.

Ce manuel aide les gouvernements nationaux et les autorités compétentes à mettre en œuvre le système de contrôle de l’OCDE des mouvements transfrontières de déchets destinés à des opérations de valorisation prévu par l’acte du Conseil de l'OCDE C(2001)107/FINAL. Il aide également les entreprises privées à importer et exporter les déchets recyclables d’une manière économiquement efficace et dans le respect de l'environnement.

The (Q)SAR Application Toolbox is a software application intended to be used by governments, industry and other stakeholders to fill gaps in (eco)toxicity data needed for assessing the hazards of chemicals. This new document specifically provides guidance on how to use the Toolbox to build chemical categories and fill data gaps by read-across or trend analysis according to the OECD Guidance on Grouping of Chemicals

Slide shows and videos are available which guide the user in a step-by-step manner through a number of representative workflows with the Toolbox. This material can be freely used for training purposes.
