Revision of OECD Guidance for Agricultural Chemical Pesticide Data Submissions (Dossiers) and OECD Guidance for Government Data Reviews (Monographs)

The 2nd revision of the Dossier  and Monograph  guidance documents are now available. The changes reflect an update of the OECD numbering system and certain corrections. For the Dossier Guidance, Revision 2 reflects changes to the main document and Appendix 6 (Parts 4 and 5); for the Monograph Guidance, Revision 2 reflects changes to the main document and Appendix 9 (Parts 1 and 2).

Summary Report of the OECD Project on Pesticide Terrestrial Risk Indicators (TERI)

This report summarises the findings of the Terrestrial Risk Indicators (TERI) Project, carried out under the OECD Pesticides Programme. It is based on individual reports prepared by participants of an expert group (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Norway, and Switzerland) on their results of testing the selected TERI indicators with national pesticide sales and use data.

Resource Compendium of PRTR Release Estimation Techniques - Part 3: Summary of Techniques for Off-site Transfers

The Resource Compendium of PRTR Release Estimation Techniques provides OECD countries with basic information on the techniques used to quantify releases and transfers from point and diffuse sources for a PRTR. It consists of three separate volumes: Part 1 summarises techniques for point sources and Part 2 for diffuse sources. This Part 3 concludes the Resource Compendium and describes techniques used to estimate the amounts of pollutants transferred off-site.

SIDS Dossiers in database format (IUCLID) available

For a number of SIDS Initial Assessments elaborated within the OECD HPV Chemicals Programme, the SIDS Dossier was elaborated with the IUCLID database software. The databse files (export files) can be downloaded and then imported into a local IUCLID installation.

Uses of Pollutant Release and Transfer Register Data and Tools for their Presentation

 This report briefly presents over 100 examples of uses of PRTR data from many different countries and a variety of PRTR systems. PRTR data is used by the public, industry, governments, investment community and academic research institutions. The publication also presents several available tools that provide assistance for the effective use of PRTR data, such as geographic information system (GIS), toxicity weighting, normalization, risk screening and environmental indicators. In addition, the document provides up-to-date website addresses of the used information sources.
