Afin d'obtenir les données pour l'indicateur 2b (des systèmes nationaux fiables de passation des marchés) pour l'enquête 2006 de suivi de la mise en oeuvre de la Déclaration de Paris, les co-présidents ont autorisé la note théorique : exercice d’actualisation. Cet approche inclurera les indicateurs de base de la version 4 et il a été convenu d’effectuer un « exercice d’actualisation » qui permettrait d’appliquer la dernière version des indicateurs de base dans les pays où des versions antérieures ont déjà été utilisées.

While Rwanda has emerged from difficult sets of development circumstances, it’s achievements in establishing an aid coordination, harmonisation, and alignment framework are being recognised as international best-practice. The Rwanda Development Partners' website is designed to assist the Government of Rwanda and its Development Partners implement the Paris Declaration at country level through informational exchange and dissemination.

The World Bank has launched an Aid Effectiveness Review 2006 coordinated with the 2006 Survey on Monitoring the Paris Declaration. This review will contribute to the monitoring of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and establish the 2006 baseline for indicators 1 and 11. It will provide a qualitative assessment of progress for the other 10 Paris Indicators. Individual country profiles, that form the backbone of this review, are posted on the website. Comments are welcome before August 15, 2006.

L’enquête sur les progrès de la mise en œuvre de la Déclaration de Paris, lancée le 2 mai 2006, a été établi afin d’établir une base de référence initiale et complète qui permettra de suivre les progrès accomplis dans le temps au regard des douze indicateurs convenus à Paris.

Summary now available for this workshop that was held in Bamako, Mali. It provided representatives from Central, North and West African countries and their partner donor institutions the opportunity to identify practical actions that can be taken with respect to implementing the Paris Declaration.

Annual Meeting of the Heads of Procurement of the Multilateral Development Banks and International Financial Institutions

This meeting was held on 13-16 February 2006 in Manila, the Philippines. The main objective was to continue the practice of sharing and the common use of harmonised procurement documents and approaches between the MDBs and the IFIs.
