2011 Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits (September 2011)

This version of the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits replaces the March 2011 version [TAD/PG(2011)4]. It includes all modifications agreed to the Arrangement, including its Annexes, and is effective as from 1 September 2011.

Corruption: OECD invites Russia to join Anti-Bribery Convention

The OECD will today invite the Russian Federation to join the OECD’s Working Group on Bribery and to accede to the OECD’s Anti-Bribery Convention. Secretary-General Angel Gurría will sign an exchange of letters with First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andrey Denisov, and Russia’s Minister for Economic Development, Elvira Nabiullina, at a ceremony with US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton during the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting.

New OECD guidelines to protect human rights and social development

2007 ASU : Annual Reset of MPRs for CAT 2 and 3 Aircraft

Minimum Premium Rates (MPRs) for Category 2 and 3 Aircraft have been reset. These reset MPRs replace Table 2 a) and Table 2 b) of Appendix III of the Aircraft Sector Understanding (2007 ASU) and are applicable as of 15 April 2011.

In 2010, net official development assistance (ODA) flows from members of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD reached USD 128.7 billion, representing an increase of +6.5 % over 2009.
