This conference was organised by the Marche Region in partnership with the OECD LEED Programme. The aim was to present the Strategic Regional Agenda for the Local Territorial Development (ARSTEL for its Italian acronym), which is an innovative tool for integrated development, recently approved by the Marche Region. The LEED Programme received a group of Latin American Leaders in the OECD Headquarters in Paris. This group came as part of the first European Cities Study Tour sponsored by the World Bank Institute. Some LEED Partners as well as French and European authorities took part in the discussions.

This seminar was jointly organised by the OECD LEED Programme and the Center for Public Policy Seminars (CPPS). It looked at how development and successes of UK agencies fits with the global situation and examined the strenghts and weaknesses of the various development bodies in the UK.
