The Endocrine Disrupters Testing and Assessment (EDTA) Task Force will speed up its validation and reporting activities for test methods in environmental species during 2006-2007.

This includes test methods already on the workplan of the Test Guidelines Programme in the area of fish testing for potential endocrine disrupters, testing on amphibians for the detection of thyroid disruption, and testing on invertebrates for assessment of ED on development and reproduction.

New CD-Rom with Initial Assessment Reports for High Production Volume Chemicals

UNEP Chemicals has released a new CD-ROM containing all Initial Assessment Reports for High Production Volume Chemicals from the OECD HPV Chemicals Programme which have been finalised up to October 2005. Revision of OECD Guidance for Agricultural Chemical Pesticide Data Submissions (Dossiers)  and OECD Guidance for Government Data Reviews (Monographs) .
The 2nd revision of the Dossier and Monograph guidance documents are now available. The changes reflect an update of the OECD numbering system and certain corrections. For the Dossier Guidance, Revision 2 reflects changes to the main document and Appendix 6 (Parts 4 and 5); for the Monograph Guidance, Revision 2 reflects changes to the main document and Appendix 9 (Parts 1 and 2).

Summary Report of the OECD Project on Pesticide Terrestrial Risk Indicators (TERI)

This report summarises the findings of the Terrestrial Risk Indicators (TERI) Project, carried out under the OECD Pesticides Programme.
