List of Low-Income Countries Subject to IMF/World Bank Concessionality Requirements

This is the current list of countries that are currently subject to concessionality requirements from the IMF and/or IDA.

For those IDA-only countries without concessionality requirements to the IMF and to IDA,the provision of official export credits should take into account the results of the most recent IMF/World Bank country-specific debt sustainability analyses (DSAs) conducted within the joint Debt Sustainability Framework.

Financial Crisis

Brazil joins OECD countries in landmark pact on civil aircraft export credits

The world’s major civil aircraft exporting countries, including OECD countries and Brazil, announced a landmark agreement limiting government support for export deals in an effort to end acrimonious trade disputes and encourage manufacturers and airlines to focus on price and quality rather than on financial packages of government support.

Slovenia needs to boost awareness to fight foreign bribery, says OECD

Slovenia should strengthen its efforts to raise public and private sector awareness about the fight against foreign bribery, according to a new report by the OECD Working Group on Bribery. The low level of awareness about this issue could be a signal that the priority and commitment given to fighting corruption are declining in Slovenia.
