Draft Recommendation on Regulatory Policy

The Draft Recommendation on Regulatory Policy and Governance is intended to be applied by sectoral ministries and regulatory agencies as a whole-of-government activity. Public comments were requested by 31 July 2011. A further draft was discussed by the Committee early November.
