In 2006, the International Futures Programme (IFP) started an eighteen month project that aims to draft a broad policy agenda for governments in respect to the bioeconomy. OECD Studies in Risk Management - United States: Disaster Information Needs of Ethnic Minorities

OECD Study in risk Management - Sweden: Safety of the Elderly

20-Feb-2006

The elderly are more exposed to injury and death in the event of a disaster than other groups in the population. Future societal changes such as large-scale ageing, technological evolution and economic reform may create new vulnerabilities among the elderly that need to be accounted for in the public risk management system. The report has a special focus on the management of falls.
