Regulatory Policy: Mexico

Mexico has placed regulatory improvement policy as one of its priorities to enhance economic growth and development, government efficiency, transparency, and public governance. To support this efforts, a close relationship between the OECD and Mexico has been established which dates back to 2007.

The reports and events set below are the result of this cooperation. They include reviews, capacity building activities and support in implementing recommendations on regulatory policy, with agencies and regulators at federal level, and with governments at subnational level.
