MENA-OECD Working Group on Public Service Delivery, PPPs and Regulatory Reform
The MENA programme includes work on administrative simplification, regulatory management capacity and quality law-drafting. The material listed below comprises publications, policy briefs, background documents and policy principles. The glossary of terms on regulatory reform lists and defines regulatory reform terminology in the three languages: English, French and عربي (Arabic).
The Regional Charter for Regulatory Quality (English, French, Arabic) endorsed by ministers in November 2009 during a ministerial conference, provides a framework against which progress in the MENA can be assessed.
