On 10-12 March 2010, a training workshop for the Iraq National Investment Commission on One Stop Shop Services for Investors in the MENA region was organised by the MENA-OECD Investment Programme. The workshop, which took place in Beirut, was organised in co-operation with the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL).
The regional workshop on “Strengthening Integrity in the Private Sector in Arab Countries” will be held in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain, on 16-17 March 2010.

On 17-18 February 2010, the first meeting of the Working Group on Infrastructure Finance in Iraq was organised in co-operation with the Jordan Executive Privatisation Commision in Amman. The meeting was a follow-up to the Conference on Opportunities for Infrastructure Finance in Iraq, that took place on 21 November 2009 in Baghdad.
On 15-16 February 2010, the meeting of the Working Group 1 on Investment Policies and Promotion was held in Amman, Jordan under the patronage of H.E. Minister of industry and Trade, Eng. Amer Hadidi, and in co-operation with the Jordan Investment Board.
