Venue and dates

The OECD Conference on E-Consumers took place on 8-10 December 2009. It was held at the US Federal Trade Commission’s Conference Centre, located at 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001 (location map). For more information on how to get to the venue, please visit this webpage.

The public was also invited to follow us on the OECD Twitter and Facebook. When posting on the OECD Twitter, please use the keyword #ecom. 

The conference was webcast by the US Federal Trade Commission.

 

Language

The workshop was conducted in English, with interpretations in French and Spanish.

 

Registration

The deadline for applications was 4 December 2009.  Registration is now closed.

 

Accreditation

For security reasons, all participants must be accredited and be in possession of their identification badge at all times, including at social events. Participants will receive their badges at the registration desk upon arrival at the Conference. 

Please note that the access to the meeting room will be restricted to those wearing their identification badges.

Hotels

Participants are responsible for hotel reservations and payment.

A limited number fo rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency, which is near the Conference Centre. A list of other nearby hotels is listed here.
