28 February - 1 March 2005. 5th meeting of the SBO Network on Financial Management.
The OECD network of Senior Budget Officials from Central, Eastern and South-Eastern European Countries (CESEE SBO) was established in The Hague, Netherlands, at a meeting hosted by the Dutch Ministry of Finance on 10-11 November 2004.
The Working Party of Senior Budget Officials (SBO) undertakes comparative analysis to assess specific aspects of the budget process across member countries in order to identify best practices for resource allocation and management.
