2nd Expert Workshop on "The Use of Perception Surveys in OECD Countries", Istanbul, 21-22 June 2010

Countries increasingly evaluate the performance of regulatory programmes and agencies. One important evaluation tool are surveys of those affected by the regulations: businesses and citizens. This conference, which took place in Istanbul explored key strategic and methodological challenges in the design and use of perception surveys.
