Open government leaders from around the world debated how the principles of transparency, accountability and citizen participation contribute to good governance and socio-economic development.

OBJECTIVES

  • exchange innovative ideas on how to create open and responsive governments,
  • explore how open government reforms can help address governance challenges, and
  • identify new topics for the international open government agenda.
