The OECD network of Senior Budget Officials from Central, Eastern and South-Eastern European Countries (CESEE SBO) held its sixth meeting on 23-24 September 2010 in Budva, Montenegro, hosted by the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Richard Emery, former Assistant Director of the Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President of the United States.
