South-East Europe Investment Reform Index
First published in 2006, the Investment Reform Index (IRI) provides a qualitative assessment of policies and institutions that critically affect the environment for direct investment. Covering ten economies - Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia – the study examines:
