OECD Week 2016 placed a central emphasis on the need for policies that strengthen productivity, and in so doing, promote inclusive and sustainable growth.

ENHANCING PRODUCTIVITY FOR INCLUSIVE GROWTH
The Ministerial Council Meeting (MCM) took place at the OECD Paris Headquarters under the chairmanship of Chile, with Finland, Hungary and Japan as Vice-Chairs.
The meeting brought together Ministers from Members and Partners to explore policies that respond to productivity growth and inclusion goals in mutually reinforcing ways.
The central theme - how to achieve higher productivity and enhance inclusiveness, at the individual (or household), firm, regional or country level - permeated across all MCM sessions.
