Dominique Pannier
Director of Internal Audit of the OECD

Mr. Pannier, a French national, has 29 years of senior management experience in finance and auditing from the French and international public sectors. He started his career, in 1980, at the Cour des Comptes, France, and in 1992 he joined the World Bank, Washington DC, for four years, then returning to 1997 to work for Aeroports de Paris, Mr. Pannier was also Chair of the World Economics Standing Committee of Airports Council International (ACI) and member of the Economics Committee of ACI Europe.
In 2007, Mr. Pannier returned to the Cour des Comptes, as Conseiller Maître, and from 2007 to 2008, he chaired the OECD Board of Auditors.
Mr. Pannier is also actively involved in the development of professional standards and best practices as Head of INTOSAI’s (International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions) working group on programme evaluation.
