“Effective Multi-level Governance in Education" was the Third Thematic Conference for the OECD-project “Governing Complex Education Systems” (GCES). Jointly organized by the OECD's Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) and UNESCO, this conference was held in Paris on 17-18 June 2013 at UNESCO Headquarters at 7 place de Fontenoy, 75007.
