Cindy Luggery-Babic
Personal Assistant to the Head of CERI
Cindy Luggery-Babic joined CERI in 1993 as Personal Assistant to the Head of CERI and as assistant to the Secretary of the CERI Governing Board.
Prior to working in CERI, Cindy worked in the OECD's Human Resource Management. Before moving to Paris, she worked at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and in arts advertising. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
