About the OECD – EDFI event:

This policy dialogue will focus on “Rethinking Growth Strategies in a Shifting World: How to Mobilize the Private Sector?”. It is organised jointly with the Association of the European Development Finance Institutions (EDFI). The event will gather high level policy makers to share their experience and practice in enabling the structural changes required to promote and finance a vibrant private sector.

• Current challenges and opportunities for private sector development in developing economies
• Policy options to promote private sector development
• The role of capital providers
• Governance modalities to foster a fruitful dialogue between private and public stakeholders
