As we build and rebuild cities for the future we will have to create new models of spatial and economic development based on continuing violent and unpredictable weather.     En prenant comme exemple les- Abruzzes, dont la capitale, L’Aquila, a été détruite par un tremblement de terre il y a quatre ans, un nouveau rapport de l’OCDE recommande des politiques capables d’accélérer la reprise dans les régions touchées par une catastrophe naturelle, en les rendant plus attrayantes pour les habitants, les touristes et les investisseurs.
