Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, will be in Lisbon on Monday 27 October 2014 to present the 2014 OECD Economic Survey of Portugal.
While in Lisbon, the Secretary-General had meetings with Mr. Aníbal Cavaco Silva, President of Portugal, Mr. Pedro Passos Coelho, Prime Minister of Portugal and Mr. Carlos Costa, Governor of the Banco de Portugal, as well as several Ministers and high level officials of Portugal.

During this official visit, Angel Gurría will meet with Portuguese government officials and hold a joint press conference with the Prime Minister to launch the OECD economic survey of Portugal.
Within the framework or the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union, the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity is organising, in partnership with the OECD and the European Commission, a Seminar on “Development of Skills, Local Development and Partnerships”.
