L’analyse conjointe réalisée en 2003 en Tanzanie avait pour objectif d’aider à comprendre comment la mise en œuvre par les donneurs de stratégies de partenariat contribue à l’appropriation à l’échelon local. Quatre membres du CAD (Danemark, Finlande, Irlande et Japon) ont accepté de participer à cette analyse conjointe.
