    Congo Perspectives Économiques en Afrique 2017

    Dans un contexte international difficile, marqué par le net repli des cours du pétrole, la croissance a fléchi à -2.4 % en 2016 contre 2.6 % en 2015 et devrait atteindre 0.5 % en 2017. Bien que la pauvreté soit passée de 50.2 % à 37 % de la population entre 2005 et 2011, les performances sociales du Congo demeurent mitigées, avec des indicateurs sociaux en contradiction avec son statut de pays à revenu intermédiaire (PRI).
