This activity aims to support policy development through examining: the roles and responsibilities of school leaders, policies and conditions for making school leaders most effective, the development and support of effective school leadership and policies and practices conducive to these ends.
This 2.5-day seminar was the second stage of a capacity building programme designed for experienced partnerships from OECD member countries and allowed a more in-depth discussion on how partnerships can enhance their capacity to influence policy at the local, national and international levels.
