    Mr. Gurría presented in Beijing the 2008 OECD Investment Policy Review of China which assesses recent developments in the Chinese investment environment and focuses on the government’s efforts to encourage responsible business conduct in China, as well as by Chinese enterprises operating abroad.

    Des marchés ouverts en temps de crise

    Le Secrétaire général de l'OCDE a mis en garde contre une possible "crise de la mondialisation" si les gouvernements succombent aux pressions protectionistes. S'adressant à la Chambre Internationale de Commerce, il a affirmé que les plans de relance d'urgence mis sur pied par les gouvernements pendant la crise devront être conçus et gérés avec précaution pour préserver une vitalité durable de l'économie.

    Opening remarks by Angel Gurría at the Global Forum on International Investment
