    Phase 1 du suivi des pays de la Convention de l'OCDE sur la lutte contre la corruption

    L'objectif principal de la Phase 1 est de déterminer si les textes juridiques au moyen desquels les pays participants appliquent la Convention anticorruption de l’OCDE répondent aux critères fixés par la convention. La Phase 1 permet d'évaluer également la Recommandation révisée de 1997. Les pays ont en outre l'occasion de s'informer des expériences et des approches de leurs partenaires.

    The global economy and the global investment agenda - an OECD perspective

    At the USCIB Global Investment Conference in Washington A. Gurría announced that the OECD is considering the feasibility of a non-binding “Model Investment Treaty”, building on converging understandings in OECD and partner countries and invited other organisations to join these reflections.
