Organised by the OECD in co-operation with APEC, this seminar took place on 14-15 November 2005 in Busan, Korea. Discussions focused on defining investment for development and how to encourage greater investment mobility.
OECD member governments actively seek to enhance the role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), including in the context of development. This conference, which took place from 25-27 October 2005 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, aimed to draw lessons from Brazil’s experience with improving the enabling environment for investment and sustainable growth.
