    L'intégrité est cruciale pour renforcer la confiance dans les institutions marocaines. Le gouvernement du Maroc a élaboré une stratégie nationale de lutte contre la corruption à long terme et s'est engagé à promouvoir l'intégrité publique. Ce rapport examine l'état actuel du système d'intégrité du Maroc. En s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques des pays de l'OCDE, il formule des recommandations en matière de politiques publiques dans le but de soutenir les efforts du gouvernement. Le rapport se concentre sur l'environnement juridique, réglementaire et politique dans le domaine de la lutte contre la corruption et de l'intégrité.

    Revue du gouvernement numérique du Maroc - Jeter les bases de la transformation numérique du secteur public au Maroc

    Le Maroc vis à devenir un important centre industriel au niveau de l’Afrique. Pour ce faire, le pays prend des mesures pour transformer son administration et assurer la croissance durable de son économie et société numériques émergentes. Cette revue analyse les efforts en cours pour intégrer les technologies numériques dans le secteur public, et fournit des conseils politiques pour soutenir le Royaume du Maroc dans la mise en œuvre d'une politique gouvernementale stratégique numérique.

    Access to Justice for Business and Inclusive Growth in Latvia

    Like many OECD countries, Latvia is taking an innovative, user-centred approach to improving legal and justice services by strengthening the judicial sector and law enforcement authorities This report reviews the commercial, legal and regulatory framework in Latvia, highlighting its impact on businesses and its suitability for different forms of commercial activity. It analyses business’ legal and justice needs, and evaluates the accessibility and responsiveness of public services for business, including dispute resolution mechanisms. Finally, the report provides recommendations to help Latvia better tailor justice services to the needs of business and thus support more inclusive growth.

    OECD Public Governance Reviews: Paraguay - Pursuing National Development through Integrated Public Governance

    Paraguay has identified public governance reform as an important tool for achieving sustainable and inclusive growth. This review examines areas of public governance such as co-ordination across administrative silos, strengthening links between budgeting and planning, and enhancing the decentralisation process to improve development outcomes in all regions of the country. It also assesses the management of the civil service, as well as the implementation of open government strategies and initiatives to involve citizens and businesses in the policy cycle. This review provides concrete recommendations to support public governance reform in Paraguay.

    Why Do Countries Export Fakes? - The Role of Governance Frameworks, Enforcement and Socio-economic Factors

    This study provides an in-depth exploration of a series of factors that can explain a country’s propensity to export fake goods. The analysis explores the role and interplay of macroeconomic factors, governance variables, and the presence of Free Trade Zones, logistics facilities and trade facilitation. In addition, it analyses the role corrruption and enforcement of IP play in facilitating trade in counterfeit products, and provides data on these links.
