Politique réglementaire

Related OECD work on Measuring Regulatory Performance

As identified in the 2012 OECD Recommendation of the Council on Regulatory Policy and Governance, governments should actively engage in assuring quality regulation at all levels of government and across policy areas. A number of Directorates* within the OECD Secretariat are concerned with key issues related to regulatory performance, and are working with their respective committees to measure and improve regulatory performance. These cover topics including:

  • the performance of regulatory institutions, tools and programmes.
  • the impact of regulatory policy and regulatory reform on different sectors of the economy
  • the performance of regulation related to product markets, infrastructure, trade and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI),
  • regulatory compliance and the enforcement of regulations

This page provides access to the databases, indicators and publications that are available from across the OECD Secretariat on topics related to measuring regulatory performance.
